Planning your visit? Here is what you need to know
We kindly ask school groups to always book their visit in advance. Special admission rates apply for schools.
- With a reservation (via form): After filling out the reservation form, please wait for a confirmation email, which we will send you as soon as possible.
- Without a reservation: You can also arrive without a booking at any time during our opening hours.
- Time slots: Track time reservations are organized in 30-minute blocks.
- Please note: Visitors without a reservation do not have priority entry. In case of high attendance, you should expect to wait in line.

We are closed during bad weather – strong winds, rain, and snow.
We can stay open longer upon request. Opening outside regular hours is possible by prior phone arrangement at +420 603 425 794.
